So far, we’ve learned to: Embrace constraints: ▪ More often than not, constraints fuel creativity. Provide team autonomy: ▪ Teams need space to innovate, and with that autonomy and responsibility, there is a sense of shared ownership among every member. Make data-driven decisions: ▪ Whatever the stage, by letting metrics guide us, we have a sense of familiarity with the user, but still we retain the ability to stay agile.
