𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Manage one or more Business Sales Units. - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. - Independently convert queries into leads and leads into sales, while also distributing leads to the Business Unit Sales Head/Team. - Work in a physical office environment for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. - Maintain and influence steps in the Sales Cycle. - Report on queries, leads, and sales components, tailored to different personas. - Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and drive results. - Communicate promptly with customers in various locations and time zones using multiple communication channels. - Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within an English-speaking environment, serving foreign customers. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Ability to process leads instantly and generate a pipeline for the Sales Team. - Professional fluency in English, including written, verbal, and telephonic communication, with strong proposal writing skills. - Basic understanding of UI/UX design and implementation. - Strong grasp of the Sales Cycle and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Experience working in shifts and a desire for personal and professional growth. - Ability to foster strong customer relationships. 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - Willingness to work night shifts (North American Time) on a rotating schedule. - Openness to a compensation package that includes both fixed and variable components. - General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces.
