🎯Carry out the QC/QC process of pre-production, 'in-line', final product reviews, and system audits.
🎯Work with factories to help them continuously improve product quality and sustainability.
🎯Carry out continuous improvement projects both internally within GMS, and externally with the Supply base.
🎯Work with the merchandising leader to contribute to completing or exceeding agreed yearly Goals and Objectives.
🎯Develop and manage the factory DQC and Quality Team to Consistently meet and improve product quality, process execution, and get product right first time.
🎯Carry out product Risk Assessment to identify and carry out timely pre-production and in-line inspections, to support GMS's quality, product compliance and safety, and delivery objectives.
🎯Focus on achievement, or exceeding, of the agreed yearly Goals and Objectives Monitor factory performance in terms of quality, delivery, efficiency of execution, focusing on KPIs defined in the yearly. Goals and Objectives, including production laboratory test results, final inspection and in store quality monitoring.
🎯Follow through on execution of factory performance (quality, product compliance and safety, delivery, efficiency) Lead regular QC meetings/training/briefing sessions to align criteria and share relevant information to factories.

> Technical pre-qualification audit for the new factory. Follow up visit will be done with the objective of improving the facility.
> Sample development support , educate factory production team for Quality standards & styling of product.
> Review production size set along with Buyer comments & graded pattern before starting bulk.
> Conduct full fledged PP Meeting with vendor/factory to discuss about status of fabric, trim & the production plan to ship best quality.
> Check the bulk fabrics to make sure it's meet the approved standard or not.
> Monitor batch setting, in-line, finishing during bulk by giving a helping hand to quality department. Educate factory production team for quality standards & styling of product.
