Since 1824, when the Manchester Mechanics’ Institution was established as a centre of Technology, Art and Design, a number of institutions were born and later merged to form Manchester Polytechnic. During my tenure at Room no. 80 Court Building Chittagng (BHRF Chittagong Office), I prepared a detailed report for my senior regarding an asylum case. I wrote a letter to the Canadian Embassy in Bangladesh and let them know about our client's (who is a Canadian resident) scenario and the dangers he will be facing if he comes to Bangladesh. He was successfully granted asylum in Canada.

Also attended two arbitrations; the first one related to a real estate matter and the second one related to Artha Rin Adalat Ayin (Money Loan Court Act) 2003 of Bangladesh.

Our prospective activities in future:

3. Encourage youth teams to participate in tournaments
4. Maintaining a blood bank
5. Disaster management and humanitarian projects like winter clothes distribution, sending dry food and necessary items during floods
6. Scholarship for students who are good at sports

Chittagong Lawyer's and Law Student's Society is an organisation formed to establish bonding between different barristers, lawyers, law teachers, law students and new law practitioners. This organisation pledges to build strong cultural bond between every Members and create a platform that can encourage new law practitioners to involve into the profession. Besides professional activities, this organisation also regulates other human necessities including entertainment facilities for keeping practitioners active, motivated and focused.

Lastly, Section-38 of the Constitution of "People’s Republic of Bangladesh" allows and guarantees the formation of associations and unions subject to reasonable restrictions. The aim of this organization will be to gather Chittagong-resident lawyers, law students, law apprentices and teachers of law to form an extensive legal family in Chittagong while abiding by the restrictions imposed by the Constitution. The organization intends to remain apolitical in this pursuit and also intends to contribute extensively to the establishment of a law-abiding society.

We are the first Lawyers and Law Students Association in Bangladesh. Our mission is to unite the lawyers and law students and to improve and develop their skills through various curricula and programs, provision of financial and material support and enhancing networking and career development among them and to develop a greater community to build a better future. I was trained by the professional staffs of Home Fundraising and was assigned to Oxfam. Oxfam is a very renowned charity and has its operations in many countries including my home country Bangladesh.
