From summery afterworks to end of the (school) year meet-ups, June was busy and the office was buzzing with partnerships, events, inclusion and innovation all month long. Here's all about it:   📑 We gathered for the #GenAI Executive Gathering to discuss the complexities of the EU’s AI legislation. Our Responsible AI Lead EMEA, Laetitia Cailleteau, and Arnab Chakraborty, Accenture's first Chief Responsible AI Officer, delivered immersive breakout workshops and talks to our clients, tailored to their specific industries   ☁️ We held the Solstice Cloud Security Summit of our partners from the Belgian Cyber Security Coalition. So many insightful presentations about academia, public bodies and the private sector uniting and fostering collaboration to fight evolving threats!   🤝 We hosted the summer event of DigitAll, and it was an all-time high. Signing again new commitments to address inequality regarding digital skills in the Belgium means that we'll continue to strive for an inclusive digital landscape where everyone can thrive   💡 We continued exploring the latest innovations in the market and we invited CyborgNest to discuss connected wearables, and Hentrac to learn about supply chain traceability. Internally, our Accenture Song team held the final of the Song Rise Up contest, which had teams working together in fictive cases to bring forward the best of our skills in customer-focused innovative technologies.   📖 We kept on investing in our corporate citizenship initiatives and supporting our partners in education and entrepreneurship. We organized a job fair with Team4Job and Proximus, flew to Oslo to participate in the Europe-wide AI for Education Awards, supported by Belgium's 40 under 40 and Microsoft, attended BeCode.org's 2nd Partner Day of the year as well as BE.IMPACT National Meetup along with the #ForwardImpact start-ups cohort.   🌈 Last but not least, we've decorated our office to commemorate Pride month, we've held summer afterworks in Luxembourg and Brussels, we've played golf with the Accenture Alumni community, we've played (and winned!) football games in the BX Brussels first inter-company charity tournament, the Empower Youth Cup, and we've watched the Euro Cup games in the office.   😎 The few upcoming weeks will be calmer as the holiday season starts to kick in. Stay tuned for our summer in Accenture recap next! #AccentureMoments Accenture Luxembourg [Photo description: photo album featuring snippets of all the initiatives mentioned above]

We're already seeing a new world made by #GenerativeAI running at scale across marketing, sales and service—where businesses are investing productivity gains into customer growth. Discover a new framework for success and great insights: https://accntu.re/3VlLeGU [Video description: Upbeat music starts and the animation opens on a purple dialogue box and "New campaign" written above it. Text "social, tech jogger, background" is typed into the box and prompts variation of images corresponding to the words in the background behind the box. A mouse cursor drops a pattern image into the bar, and the final image of a colorful wall matching the joggers worn by a person in the video is generated. The person is also wearing white trainers. Text "Get started using generative AI for customer growth" with an arrow shows up at the end, followed by the Accenture logo on a black backdrop.]

At Accenture, we know that Pride means more when we come together: Pride means more love, allies and innovation. What does Pride means to you 🏳️🌈 #PrideMeansMore #LGBTIQ+ [Video description: Against a white background, the word “Pride” appears in the colors of the Pride flag with an animated slider that says “TURN SOUND ON”. Many people feel creativity has become stifled by middlemen and efficiencies—and it’s causing them to tune out. This presents a unique opportunity for brands and creators to take bold risks and avoid falling into the trap of "meh-diocrity": https://accntu.re/3VvRlsl #AccentureLifeTrends [Video Description: An image of a phone screen simulates a social media feed, depicting an account posting pictures of a series of three-dimensional spheres that are almost uniform except for minor differences between them. The “user” scrolls through the feed, highlighting the posts’ monotony and lack of creativity. Text on screen explains: When everything we see is made for an algorithm instead of a human being, things feel stagnant. The final post in the social media feed is revealed to be a beautiful, spinning multicolored prism with many facets that breaks the mold of the previous lineup of monotonous spheres. Text on screen explains: Creators need to pivot away from what’s “safe”… The prism expands to fill the whole screen. Text on screen explains: …and start taking risks to stand out in a sea of sameness. Learn more in our full report.]

It was a hectic month of May in our Belgium and Luxembourg offices!!   ♻️ We kicked off the #EcoSeason with a fantastic initiative encouraging our colleagues to #BikeToWork or to carpool. This effort aimed to promote sustainability and raise awareness about environmental issues. Well done everyone who joined!   🌈 At Accenture, we strive to ensure that all our employees feel respected, appreciated, and included. Our #LGBT+ Allies network joined Open@Work and took part in the #BrusselsPride parade, demonstrating our support for the LGBTQIA+ community.   🏃 May was also a sporty month for us! The 20km de Bruxelles - 20km door Brussel with Move To Happiness was another highlight, with so many participants joining in the fun and running in high spirits. Great effort, everyone!   🍟 Our colleagues at AFD.Tech Belgium joined us after their teambuilding activity for a fun afterwork at the office. Looking forward to our ongoing collaboration and to having you more often with us!   🧑💻 We also participated in the Salesforce World Tour in Brussels, a significant event for networking and learning. And we actively contributed to our partnership with BeCode.org and had not one but two graduates of BeCode share their experience within the program and onboarding Accenture afterwards, during the Salesforce World Tour, and in BeCode's classrooms. 💡 We hosted an #Innovation talk with Tom Domen, an expert and orchestrator in long-term innovation, who shared his insights and knowledge on sustainable business practices. ✨ Last but not least, we hosted our annual "Tradition, reinvented" event at Gare Maritime with our clients, a full evening in which tradition met reinvention. It was magic!   💪 Our colleagues at Accenture Luxembourg ran the ING Luxembourg night Marathon, showcasing their endurance and team spirit, and hosted a few other sport sessions to stay active at work. Check out their nature walk, they're lucky to have such a lush forest just a few steps away from the office!   🎙️ Their #CorporateCitizenship team also served on the jury for the Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg asbl finals, showcasing our commitment to fostering young entrepreneurial talent. It was inspiring to witness the creativity and passion of these budding talents!   Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to engage in exciting and meaningful activities across our offices. June, here we come! 👏#AccentureMoments  [Image description: a photo album of Accenture employees participating to the different initiatives mentioned]
