𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Several purification methods can be offered, and we will jointly select a method that is best suited to your sequence, its intended use, and the scale of production.   𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗚 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Our standard for RG production is silica purification, ideal for smaller quantities (10s of mgs) and ensuring sufficient quality for in vitro and in vivo studies. For larger quantities or GLP toxicity studies, we recommend column purification.   𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗩𝗧 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 Our IVT process is optimized to reduce double-stranded (dsRNA) levels to the minimum. The latest research by our expert, Sabah Kasmi, introduces a novel series of reducible carbamate ionizable lipids customized towards intramuscular and systemic therapeutic applications. Key highlights: ✔Innovative lipid chemistry: SAR-based optimization of lipid chemistry - we designed an ionizable lipid library comprising over 75 ionizable lipids bearing reducible, carbamate-based linker regions. ✔Superior antibody responses: cLNP platforms that elicit higher antibody responses compared to the existing benchmark upon delivery of mRNA-encoded antigens. ✔Intravenous delivery excellence: superior liver expression compared to existing benchmark without expression loss after repeated dosing. These advancements pave the way for the next generation mRNA-based therapies with improved expression and safety levels, showcasing our commitment to pushing the boundaries of medical science.
