    Clean energy, made in Europe. In 2022, we’ve generated more electricity from wind and solar than gas.  In 2023, wind power alone outpaced gas.    Thanks to #REPowerEU, our plan to phase out Russian fossil fuels, we are accelerating renewable energy deployment across the EU. And we continue on this path.     Our goal is for renewable energy to account for at least 42.5% of our energy consumption by 2030.    Share of energy consumption coming from renewables in 2022 (%):    🇸🇪 66 🇫🇮 47.9 🇱🇻 43.3 🇩🇰 41.6 🇪🇪 38.5 🇵🇹 34.7  🇦🇹 33.7 🇱🇹 29.6 🇭🇷 27.9 🇸🇮 25 🇷🇴 24.1 🇬🇷 22.7  🇪🇸 22.1 🇩🇪 20.8 🇫🇷 20.2 🇨🇾 19.4 🇧🇬 19.1 🇮🇹 19.1 🇨🇿 18.2  🇸🇰 17.5 🇵🇱 16.9 🇭🇺 15.2 🇳🇱 15 🇱🇺 14.3 🇧🇪 13.7 🇲🇹 13.4 🇮🇪 13.1    Learn more about REPowerEU 🔗 https://europa.eu/!wbD6NW
