🎤 Honored to Present at ICAE 2024 in New Delhi, India.
Last week, I had the privilege of presenting our research from the FAIRCHAIN project, funded by the EU Horizon 2020 framework, at the International Conference of Agricultural Economists (ICAE) 2024 in New Delhi, India.
Our paper, “Consumers’ Valuation of Blockchain-Based Traceability for Feta Cheese in Greece: A Segmentation Study”, explores the potential for blockchain technology to enhance traceability in the food supply chain from a consumer standpoint. We identified and profiled prospective consumer segments and offered tailored marketing strategies to drive the adoption of blockchain-based traceability.

It was a pleasure to participate in one of the most significant events in the field of agricultural economics, to hear from world-class speakers, and to connect with colleagues whose work I’ve admired throughout my PhD journey, now nearing its completion 🎓.
