    Et si finalement la digitalisation des entreprises (en dehors du secteur ICT) n'avait pas ou peu d'impact en termes de gains de productivité... Ce constat n'a finalement rien de très étonnant lorsque l'on considère que toute rupture technologique majeure n'apporte pas de gains immédiats et, même au contraire, peut entraîner une baisse temporaire des performances lors de l'adoption. Prenons un domaine que nous connaissons bien chez FEYDIN Management Consulting : les canaux de distribution. Si vous ne rationalisez pas vos canaux existants, l'ajout des canaux en ligne ne viendra qu'améliorer votre couverture commerciale, mais n'aura peut-être pas d'effet immédiat sur la productivité des canaux eux-mêmes. Je crois depuis longtemps que la transformation de l'existant doit considérer la digitalisation comme un levier de productivité, mais pas comme une fin en soi.     Je ne sais pas si vous lirez ce post....car c'est la fin de l'âge d'or pour tous les entrepreneurs qui, comme moi, ont profité pendant des années d'un moyen simple et efficace de partager de l'expertise et de la connaissance sur LinkedIn. Voici la nouvelle situation quand l'algorithme pousse désormais des contenus payants ou lié à l' #AI : Vos impressions vont diminuer en moyenne par 35 à 40% Vos engagements par 70 ou 80% Hashtags sans impact Contenu organique des pages d'entreprise quasiment invisible Finalement la stratégie des plateformes est toujours la même: on donne beaucoup pour rien pendant des années (détruisant au passage la concurrence par des pertes financières immenses) et ensuite on diminue la valeur du contenu tout en augmentant le montant dépensé par l'abonné.
