So we at B Lab UK launched our new B Corp training course ‘Beyond the Basics’ this afternoon! This has been a mega labour of love for so many people. To see it out in the open is equally exciting and nerve-wracking… This is part of a package of new training we’re developing to support UK businesses at this crucial point in time. It should be hard to become and stay a B Corp, but we can try and make the journey as smooth as possible. So alongside our introductory ‘Behind the B Course’ (now at over 5,800 sign-ups 🤯), this deeper-level course provides all a person needs to help their own business or support others. Hun #holistische aanpak creëert een veilige omgeving voor alle medewerkers en stimuleert het #mens-zijn en de persoonlijke groei. Zij tonen dat ook kleine ondernemingen groot kunnen zijn in welzijn op het werk.
