This acquisition, the first ever for us, is a major milestone for our company, and it will allow us to expand our reach, grow our business, and create new opportunities for our employees. Control® was created in 1977 in Spain, and it is now one of the leading condom brands in Europe. It commands a strong market share in Italy, Spain and Portugal. It has a team of very talented and experienced professionals that will join LifeStyles and a loyal consumer base. Control’s portfolio of branded condoms, lubricants, and other intimate and health wellness products strategically complements the LifeStyles portfolio and geographic reach, including the leading, global non-latex condom brand , SKYN®, along with local brands such as LifeStyles®, Manix®, and Blowtex®.
