🚨 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻'𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸, 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗚𝗢𝘀 - 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗨 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁. We stand in solidarity with the courageous anti-corruption watchdogs, Transparency International Magyarország | TI Hungary and atlatszo.hu as they face retaliation from Orbán's new Sovereignty Protection Office for their anti-corruption efforts.  Orbán is desperate to access €6.3bn of EU funds frozen due to corruption concerns. And it is clearly willing to harm and silence the entire anti-corruption and human rights sector to prevent them from sharing evidence with the EU. 🚫⛔Today the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled that Hungary is to pay a lump sum of 200 million euros for failure to implement an earlier judgement of the Court. The Government is also to pay a penalty payment of 1 million euros per day for each day it fails to put an end to the often violent pushback of migrants.
