We've reached the Quarter Final in #Euro2024⚽️🥇 One of the games is being played in Volksparkstadion, #Hamburg. When the stadium opened in 1953, it was the second largest football stadium in Germany after the Olympiastadion Berlin. ➡ For decades, Hamburger SV fans have made a pilgrimage to the stadium, which has hosted major events such as the World Cup in 2006 and international matches. Following a major redevelopment in 2010, the Volksparkstadion now holds 57,000 spectators under one roof, covered with PVC membranes.
