With over nine years of experience in conflict resolution and social product operations, I am passionate about integrating human rights-related content and concerns into business operations while actively contributing to the establishment of sustainable structural systems. As a senior product operations expert at amfori BSCI, I manage the social risk assesment and compliance operations of the leading global business association for open and sustainable trade, ensuring alignment with ESG context and OECD Responsible Business Conduct, as well as national and regional legislation requirements.
I have led the revision of the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and System Guidance and Manuals, and overseen the quality assurance and control on new features on social audits and implementation. I have also conducted public consultations and stakeholder engagement with members and producers regarding operational matters, applying my expertise in human rights due diligence principles and risk-based social management system. Additionally, I am a co-founder and trainer at Conflictus, a conflict resolution training and consultancy company, and a member of the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network, promoting women's effective participation in peacemaking efforts. I have extensive skills and interests in social entrepreneurship, social mediation, and conflict analysis.
