Mission :

The primary responsibility of the Europe Datacenter Operations Coordinator is to ensure that the
datacenter functions are in proper working order at all times and that the business systems that
operate in the environment are consistently available. The role will be responsible for managing
the IBM relationship in Europe where datacenter operations is concerned and to ensure IBM is
delivering all their contractual obligations to VF for this environment. The role will be responsible
for escalating any issues to the appropriate GBT leadership so that proper actions can be taken to
minimize business impact from outages both planned and unplanned. The roll will work closely
with the GBT Architecture and Application Development teams to ensure delivery of any
enhancements to the environment or project related changes are done on time and on budget. Show less

Serve as ON Call support for Servers in Europe.
