How can I stop my subscription and payment?

If you set up your plan AFTER downloading the app from the App Store, you have two options depending on your software version:

IOS 12.1.2 OR ABOVE

If you have a recent iOS version (12.1.2 or higher), you can simply cancel your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription—If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew

IOS 12.1.2 OR EARLIER

If you have an older iOS version (12.1.4 or earlier) you can unsubscribe by following these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app > iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID
  3. Scroll to Subscriptions then tap it
  4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel

If you set up your plan on our website and THEN downloaded the app from the App Store, you’re welcome to follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Manage Your Subscription page
  2. Log in with the email address you used to start your subscription
  3. Check your inbox—you’ll receive a unique, temporary link to manage your subscription
  4. Click on the link to easily update the status of your subscription and/or change your preferred payment methods

I can't find my subscription in Settings, how can I cancel it?

If you can’t find your subscription in your iOS device’s Settings, you've probably set up your subscription on our website.

Don’t worry, you can still easily stop your subscription by following these steps:

  1. Visit the Manage Your Subscription page
  2. Log in with the email address you used to start your subscription
  3. Check your inbox—you’ll receive a unique, temporary link to manage your subscription.
  4. Click on the link to easily update the status of your subscription and/or change your preferred payment methods.

How can I get a refund?

If you’re dissatisfied with our product, let us first apologize for not meeting your expectations.

If you set up your plan after downloading the app from the App Store, you can ask for a refund through Apple by visiting this webpage and logging in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, we don’t manage your subscriptions and payments, so we cannot issue refunds. For further information on Apple refunds, we recommend you refer to Apple Support.

If you set up your plan on our website and then downloaded the app from the App Store, you can get a refund by contacting us within the first 30 days after your initial purchase at [email protected]. You can learn more about this topic by reading our Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

Can I try the app out without paying?

Sure you can! Our app gives you the chance to try out all the functionality for free and with no limitations for a few days. You can start a free trial whenever you want, and if you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial you will not be charged.

We’re trying our best here, but in case you don’t like the app, you can follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription plan temporarily without losing my progress?

We are sorry to hear that something is preventing you to keep using the app for now! As you won't be able to benefit from your subscription for a while and as there is no way to pause it, we kindly suggest that you temporarily cancel it by following these instructions from Apple. Once you are ready to start working out again, you are welcome to subscribe once more.

In order to make sure that none of your progress is lost in the meantime, we strongly advise you not to uninstall the app from your phone. This way you'll be able to start again from where you left.

Can I change the exercises included in a workout?

Thanks to our users' suggestions, we are now glad to confirm that it is possible to change the exercises included in the workouts! You can easily do it by following these instructions:

  • select the workout you want to work on: a list of exercises will show up in the bottom part of the page
  • on the right side of every single exercise, there is a three-dots icon: tap it
  • you will be given a set of alternative exercises you can choose from to reach the same goal meant for your workout

How can I change the language of the app?

The languages currently supported are English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.

The app uses the same language that’s set on your smartphone, where available. Otherwise, it uses English. You’re welcome to either change the language of your device or to set the most suitable language for the app only by following these simple steps:

  • Open your device settings
  • Scroll down to the list of apps installed on your device and select 30 Day Fitness
  • Tap on Language, then select the one you want to set

Can I change the day of a specific workout included in the weekly plan?

Yes, we listened to our users' feedback and gladly introduced this new feature! You can reschedule a workout to another day of the same week by following these steps:

  • In the Plan section of the app, take a look at the workouts available for the ongoing weekly
  • Choose the one you'd like to reschedule and tap on the icon in the bottom-right corner (a circle with 3 dots)
  • Tap on Reschedule to Another Day
  • An icon shows up on the right: hold your finger on it and move it up or down to drag the workout to the desired date
  • Tap on the green check icon to confirm your choice

Why did my progress disappear?

We’re sorry that this happened! First things first, don’t uninstall the app. It won’t help you solve the issue, but it might make it impossible for us to retrieve your progress history.

We’ll do our best to restore your previous activity. To help us do so, please follow these simple steps:

  • Ensure you’re using the most recent version of the app by downloading it from the App Store
  • Open the app, and on the first page that appears, press four fingers for about five seconds
  • A menu will show up—the Unique Device ID or the Backend ID is listed there
  • A pop-up with an ID will appear—please copy that ID and paste it in the email you'll send us, so that we can use it to try and retrieve your progress.

As soon as we receive this ID, we'll be able to start our verification procedure and we'll then get back to you with further instructions, which will entail the following steps:

  • Ensure you’re using the most recent version of the app by downloading it from the App Store
  • Open the app, and on the first page that appears, press four fingers for about five seconds
  • A menu will show up—the entry Upload State Backup Info is listed there, so tap on it
  • After completing this procedure, please send us a confirmation via email

If the pop-up contains a message that says that there is no backup to restore (this could happen if, for example, you uninstalled the app), we’re sorry to confirm that we won't be able to retrieve your progress.

How can I pause push notifications?

You can change your preferences and pause push notifications about our app by following these simple steps:

  • Open your device settings
  • Select Notifications
  • Scroll down to find the name of our app, then tap on it
  • There, you can adjust the notifications settings to make them less frequent, or you can choose to switch them off completely by tapping on the green toggle—it will turn grey and you won’t receive any further notifications

I signed up for your email communications. How do I stop receiving them?

If you want to stop receiving our communications and updates via email, you can easily opt out by scrolling to the very bottom of any email from us. There, you can find the Unsubscribe option. Simply tap on it—if the process is successful, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation.
