    As we reached the midpoint of the year and the peak of summer, we took some time to reflect on our accomplishments so far. ✨ Over the past year, Dreamix has experienced significant growth, quadrupling our revenue. This success is a testament to our commitment to fostering a healthy work environment, cultivating a people-centric culture, and providing various growth opportunities for our team members. At Dreamix, we focus on delivering quality software solutions while deeply caring for our team and striving to make a positive impact through our work. 🌍 As part of our company culture, we donate 1% of our revenue to charity and causes close to our team members' hearts.     📣 MEET THE SPEAKER Balkan Business Analysis Conference 📣 🌟 This workshop activity is designed to enhance the analytical and problem-solving skills of business analysts by immersing them in a dynamic, team-based exercise. Participants will be divided into teams and presented with a high-level business problem that requires immediate attention. Within a constrained timeframe, each team will have the opportunity to interview facilitators to gather essential information pertinent to the problem. Following the information-gathering phase, teams will independently work to deliver one of two outcomes: ⭐ As-is and future journey maps, along with a defined Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that encapsulates the most critical steps of the future user journey. ⭐ As-is and future process maps, along with a defined MVP that highlights the most important aspects of the future process map. The exercise will culminate in a group discussion where teams will present their chosen approach, detail the components of their MVP, and justify their decisions.
