“I’ve worked with Victor from Aug 2015 until Oct 2017 at Sanofi. Victor reported to me in my role as General Manager. When Victor joined, he immediately took the lead in the HR task of transforming Sanofi to a new matrix organization. This was not only for Bulgaria, but in total 9 countries were affected (over 400 employees) where Victor led the business transformation (change management) process. Besides this, he took the lead in defining the new profiles, capability building and talent acquisition all needed to transform the company to a successful and sustainable modality. On top Victor led the new office project in Sofia moving to a new flex office premises, that even received a reward in Bulgaria!
