ONGOING 7/9/24 American Express-Banking - "We're sorry"/FDP-102/CC-502/FDP-106/CC-506

We have confirmed an issue with users trying to connect with American Express / American Express - Banking receiving a "We're Sorry " error or a FDP-102 (CC-502) error after redirect to Oauth (authorizing through the financial institution website).

    UPDATE 7/2/24

    Some users are now also experiencing CC-506/FDP-106 in addition to the above-mentioned errors.
