I started my professional life while I was in college. My first job was as an intern at an HR consultancy where I worked with training, development, recruitment, and selection. After this first experience, I started working at a law firm acting as a general human resources analyst, focusing on judicial asset recovery. Among my responsibilities I had to design and implement trainings for hundreds of professionals along with being responsible for hiring professionals up to the management level.
Later, I joined Máquina CW as a human resources analyst, again focused on the same tasks as in my first job, but this time around the target were highly qualified professionals for positions in communication, public relations, and advertising. After 3 years in the company, I started working for Cia de Talentos, one of the biggest players in Brazil in the early talents market. While working at this company I had the opportunity to lead selection processes for trainees and internship programs for big companies in Brazil and Latin America. Some of the clients served include Google, Souza Cruz/BAT, J&J, Odebrecht, Bunge, Roche, Syngenta, and others.
In early 2019, I was invited to take part of the start of the activities at Hod - Hiring On Demand. The company was born with a focus on volume recruitment and selection, including early talents, dealing with challenging deadlines. Additionally, diversity and inclusion are also topics in many of the positions we work with. We are the right consultancy for clients looking to find the best talents and hire them. We have excellent KPIs and closing rates and always strive to make them even better. Moreover, we have a strong international presence. The Middle East, Europe, Latin America, the USA, Canada, and Asia are some of the places where we have conducted selection processes for different levels, segments, and volumes of positions.
