With over 30 years of experience in developing leaders and teams, I currently serve as the Brazil DEI Head at Yara International, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions. I hold an MBA in Business Management, am a certified Professional and Executive Coach, and an HCMP Expert Professional in Change Management.

In my role, I spearhead Yara Brazil's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. This includes designing and implementing entry programs for underrepresented groups, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance policies, and collaborating with HR and leadership to attract and retain diverse talent. Additionally, I oversee the development and execution of corporate education policies and programs, such as the Sales and Marketing Academy, the Sales Competency Model, and the Onboarding Program for the commercial team.

My passion lies in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that enhances employee engagement, performance, innovation, and growth.
