One thing I find positive giving feedbacks in the development of softwares is to consider two ways: if someone asks you or proactively. In my previous experience long ago as a software programmer in a VBOMP version of a primitive ERP base of current Bill of Materials and resources planning, I had been through difficult moments between putting the trucks on the street to make the sales delivery the next morning and the ability to coordinate friends from other Datacenters who could help me. I had lost a central ERP hard disk. Therefore, I picked up hardware from a German company in another city in Osasco, from a Swiss company, head office in Zurich, the necessary help to restore my production environment.There are times when there is no point in having the best systems programmer, the best designer, if you do not have human connectios to keep the ERP up and running! 🙂👍🍀🌻

In my past experience as a software programmer, an essence that i have learned from mu teachers and that has impacted me and applied it during my daily life which is that developing software is creating something alive inside a computer or microprocessor. Zeroes and ones that have energy! Everything alive interacts with the environment and stakeholders in terms of their needs. I also have learned to never be satisfied with a system outputs I have designed and its programs. It has to be honed based on creativity and capacity for innovation. Applying technological developments and your teamwork capacity. Everything changes all the time. It is my responsibility to use observation skills and act. Automate and generate value. That is the goal.
