Despite this, he has managed to support the various fronts we have in our team, assisting from onboarding new people, defining and delivering new applications, to providing support when needed. All this while keeping the team and the client engaged, regardless of the challenge! His attitude is contagious, allowing us to face whatever comes our way. Flexibility and resilience…

Since we started supporting various applications at this project, Elton has been working strongly on improving our support process. He has been involved in automating scripts, automatic communications with the client, simplification, and speeding up the process, among other improvements. Elton is an essential piece in this new opportunity!

The team is not only a team that delivers with consistency and has the client's admiration and respect. More than that, they are a team that pursues continuous improvement at a nonstop pace. A few months ago they had their first gemba with the Change Operations team when they were recognized by the good work but also got some insights on things that they could do better. That was the trigger for a continuous climb to the top of the mountain. Base camp after base camp they kept improving at a…
The team is not only a team that delivers with consistency and has the client's admiration and respect. More than that, they are a team that pursues continuous improvement at a nonstop pace. A few months ago they had their first gemba with the Change Operations team when they were recognized by the good work but also got some insights on things that they could do better. That was the trigger for a continuous climb to the top of the mountain. Base camp after base camp they kept improving at a fast pace, and after just a few months they are one item away from the PML level 4. And it's worth mentioning that this "one item" is actually "continuous UAT", which does not depend on CI&T alone. They are a very mature, consistent team, where all the members, no exception, have the same eagerness for improvement and always do better. They all have that 'Go, can do it!' attitude. Congratulations guys! You really deserve this! Keep pushing!
