How can you become a better problem solver in People Management?
Again, bringing my experience in Procurement, I always mention that I like to have multiple scenarios in order to take the best decision (my teams, stakeholders and mainly suppliers know that - sorry guys!). I have to have visibility of all the options with their respective points for and against. My favorite is the brainstorming model, in meetings that are semi-structured in order to be efficient and, above all, respectful, since there is no such thing as a bad contribution - what may seem silly can be the trigger for a brilliant idea.

How can you become a better problem solver in People Management?
Developing yourself is something you spend your life practicing. 1) Never believe that you are ready in any skill, there is always room for improvement; 2) Ask for feedback on your problem solving skills and accept criticism as an opportunity to develop and praise as reinforcement; 3) Try to re-evaluate the times when you faced this situation and didn't achieve the expected result, looking for what you could have done differently and try it in a next opportunity. 4) Study, read, and discuss the subject with people whose attitudes you admire.

How can you become a better problem solver in People Management?
In order to bring another point of view, based on my experience leading complex and strategic negotiations -- which are conducted by people usually with opposing objectives -- my best results have always come from the ability to listen attentively and without preconceived biases and making factual analysis over subjective assumptions. By actively engaging with others and setting aside personal judgments, we foster an environment of open communication and trust, building up a culture that encourages collaboration, mitigates misunderstandings, and ultimately leads to more constructive and sustainable resolutions.
