Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions, run dive deep analysis of different complexity levels and provide precise information for relevant decision making processes. As a Network Performance Transportation Analyst, you will have to:
Key job responsibilities
Manage, analyze and improve performance metrics;
Support 3P and AMZL operations helping to identify improvement opportunities and providing clear information to operational leaders.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream process or technology dependencies critical to drive the network to successful results;
Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks. Maintain and update all relevant process documentation and communicate to ensure compliance;
Generate, analyze and improve reports/dashboards;
Define and manage network support as Transit Times seeking a perfect balance between Performance and Speed.
Support project management activities to ensure continuous progress toward challenging goals, involving and engaging peers and key stakeholders.
A day in the life
This position has daily contact with stakeholders of all the Ops Organization such as Fulfillment Center, First Mile, Middle Mile, SortCenter, 3P Execution, AMZL Execution, Air Transportation, Supply Chain, Network Loss and also with business areas such as DEX and CS.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in transportation and/or supply chain in segments like Operations, Manufacturing, Industry, E-commerce or something related
Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge
Experience working with large databases to build data-driven analysis
Advanced English and Portuguese language skills
Experience with SQL
Preferred Qualifications
Solid analytical skills and capabilities
Ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions.
