How you will create an impact

Responsibilities:

• Handle Property and Energy Claims from initial notification through to final settlement daily within an agreed level of authority and within service standards
• Review notices of claim and documents provided by clients;
• Review and input reserves
• Oversee work of vendors (end to end), including lawyers, accountants, experts and loss adjusters; communicate with clients, service providers and brokers to obtain information in relation to claims, to explain claims requirements and decisions, and resolve appeals and complaints
• Work closely with underwriters and distribution to develop a thorough understanding of the business and contribute to “best practice” overall
• Work on the AIG group's claims recovery flow (cash call)
• Participate in conferences and discussions with AIG's team of experts (Latin America, EUA, UK)

  What you’ll need to succeed
  

  • Recognized experience in analyzing, monitoring and adjusting medium and high complexity claims
  • Bachelor´s Degree
  • Specialization in Insurance courses is a plus
  • Good communication and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results and team vision
  • Advanced English Skills
