[Freelance] Player Support Agent - Japanese native level speaker

Location: Remote

Schedule: 08:00-17:00 UTC, 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)

Contract: Freelance contract with TransPerfect (Note this is not an employee contract)

Start: 5/27

Rate: 6 USD/hour

Job Description:

• Processing questions and problems from users through a ticketing system
• Answering queries on blogs and forums as well as social media channels
• Getting familiarized with the games so you can advise players
• Getting creative in finding solutions to technical problems and bugs
• Encouraging user loyalty by providing an outstanding service
• Contributing to studio-wide community strategies
• Supporting the community managers with ad-hoc tasks
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Required skills:

• Japanese (native level), English (business level)
• Game lover
• Ideally previous Customer experience
