We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to support the schools to oversee revenues, debt, invoicing and collections. The position is part of ISP Brazil Regional Team and reports to the Financial Director.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and establishing the normalization policies and procedures, maximizing the recovery and collection management of debt and receivable accounts of each school.
Revenue Assurance and reconciliation.
Preparation of debt reports, Cash Collections, and income projections.
Control, management of accounts receivable and billing for each school.
Meet the collection goals, Budget, and debt indicators, as well as contribute to the achievement of the retention goal through the management of defaulters and the normalization of their debts.
Assistance in the evaluation, procedure and granting of financial support Scholarships.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
Higher Education in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or related areas, postgraduation is desirable.
Proven experience as a Finance professional or similar role of at least 5 years.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish will be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
