Daily routine of the SR FP&A Analyst includes:

• Support annual budget and forecast process for Latin America working closely with the finance business partners to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Drive improvements to the forecast and budget process to ensure continued accuracy;
• Provide analysis of budgets and forecasts and how this aligns to the long-term business goals;
• Producing analysis, defining KPI's, business plans and insights on the performance of the business and changing needs that supports the business achieve its goals and promotes discussion on driving future growth within the business
• Build strong relationships with the Finance Business partners, becoming a "trusted advisor", to support the delivery of insightful analysis.
• Analyze, synthetize, and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights that will drive decision make.
• Support closing process providing quarterly reports, in additional to review actual results and variances to Budget and forecasts.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

We believe that the successful profile includes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience in finance-related functions (Controllership, Financial accounting, treasure, FP&A)
• Mandatory advanced level of English and Spanish
• Advanced level of Excel, Power BI as a plus
• Strong analytical thinking
• Financial modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Articulate, both verbally and in writing
• Effective and clear communicator across different organizational levels
• Teamwork driven
• Expresses active engagement with the firm, and demonstrates strong alignment with the organization's values
