Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!

THE ROLE

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join us in the LATAM Marketing Team using Data to grow and improve FARFETCH's channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have the exciting chance to work in a diverse and global team creating Data solutions that take our business to the next level.

You will support the Marketing and Private Client teams to offer best-in-class client service, identify market demand for new products and opportunities and set and hit targets relevant to the team and wider business, as well as streamline the process and information flow with Finance and other teams.

We are looking for a highly numerate person who is excited to tackle some of the toughest problems in marketing including attribution, incrementally, measurement and forecasting.

You will be a person that enjoys working in solving complex problems, balancing tactical needs whilst driving for a long-term solution. This role is for someone who is self-driven, independent, and wants to create impact.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting business director with a variety of decision support activities, such as financial modelling different scenarios and building business cases for additional business development opportunities.
  • Report and understand drivers of our performance
  • Analyze existing procedures, policies and products and find actionable insights and recommendations to drive client ROI/satisfaction.
  • Contributing to Sales forecasting processes and building forecasting models.
  • Industry investigation including market, customer and competitor analysis.
  • Challenge your team and partners in meetings to encourage healthy debate and stimulating discussions

Who You Are

  • BA/BS degree is required. Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economy, Business Analytics, and computer science is preferred.
  • 3+ years marketing analytics and reporting experiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, Google Analytics and BI tools is required. Experience with Looker, R and python is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing metrics and quantitative business measures (LTV, ROI, Churn, etc.) is strongly recommended.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills with an ability to multitask. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
  • You are curious, embracing new opportunities and not content to accept the easiest route without first exploring the thinking behind it.
