On April 11, 2024, the Executive Leadership team at Aetos Holdings attended a Leadership Retreat at Baha Mar under the theme “The Power of Us”. Attendees for this event included Aetos Holdings Limited President/Owner Mr. Christopher Tsavoussis, his wife Georgette Tsavoussis, and Vice President/Owner, Mr. Terry Tsavoussis. Also in attendance were the functional heads and restaurant leaders for Wendy’s, Marco’s Pizza and Popeyes. Esteemed guest speakers included Dr. Harrison Thompson who spoke on the topic “Leadership: Share the Vision” as well as Dr. Siobhan, whose interactive session focused on “Leadership: Partners in Progress.” We want to thank everyone who attended this meaningful event.

NOW HIRING A PROJECT MANAGER The Construction Project Manager oversees one or more projects of elevated complexity, with direct responsibility for successful delivery of projects within the Production portfolio. The Construction Project Manager actively collaborates with all project team members, stakeholders, end users and leadership. It is expected that the Construction Project Manager will be on site for all active projects under their responsibility. Area of Responsibilities: Construction manager must be on site a minimum of 4 days per week. Provide project oversight to ensure quality and have direct responsibility over the work product of the project team(s) Ensure all projects are in conformance with established schedule, budget, quality, and safety criteria always. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and increase efficiency on individual projects. Take initiative to create, recommend and implement project improvements. Oversee contractor and vendor contracts Regularly communicate project health (budget, schedule, quality) Point of contact for Owner/Architect Weekly reporting on progress, cost, and scheduling Knowledge and Skills 5+ years commercial construction project management experience - public works experience Proficient computer and software skills (MS Word, Excel, and Project) Experience in creating and maintaining project budgets and schedules. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to communicate RI's effectively and manage a RFI log Ability to manage the purchase log to ensure that all Owner, GC and subcontractor materials and equipment are on site Regularly communicate project health (budget, schedule, quality) Salary and benefits will commensurate with qualifications and experience. In February of this year, Thelma Gibson Primary School's "The Hallmark Of Excellence" celebrated the dedication of the New Library under the theme "Think Win, Win: Read, Lead, Succeed". The library was donated by Chris & Georgette Tsavoussis of Aetos Holdings, Mrs. Keva Cartwright, Epiphany Anglican Church, and their donors, alongside students from Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, Florida. The occasion was marked by encouragement from the school's librarian, Keffie Ann Ferguson-Duncombe, urging students to utilize the library, borrow books, and prioritize reading. Special appreciation was extended to the Administrative Team, Staff members of Thelma Gibson Primary School, notably Mrs. Adams-Johnson and the students of 3P, the Music Department, Mrs. Donna Lubin (Art teacher), and the Decorations Committee. Representatives from Marco's Pizza, Wendy's and Popeyes Bahamas, as well as the HR department at Aetos were also present to celebrate this momentous occasion.
