You're leading a team in Business Operations. How can you prevent conflict from derailing your progress?
This one is very critical, depending on the issue, and how it affects the image of the team or business it is very important to always deal with matters as they arise and in a way everyone would feel it was fairly dismissed (one party understanding where they got it wrong and see way forward - constructively). To delay to attend to matters yield catastrophic results, however issues can erupt before they are serious or when there is a need to kind of delay just a bit for something to show itself clearly(facts) then attend to it as soon as the chance arise. Depending on the spectrum of the issue and its effects, solving issues early is critical

One of the most important 'skills' i have realised in every team work is building trust and a bonding kind of communication. So much that i can be thinking the exact same thing one of the team members is thinking, but trust seals that rapport because i can think of something and trust that if i execute it for the benefit of the team perhaps without having it run by the team(only for an emergency) it will sit well with them and they will be comfortable the decision given the circumstances. But where there is no trust, some good efforts can be questionable even if the intention behind was good, and even worse, this may ruin the rapport because the team would not understand the motive of execution without briefing. Trust builds the rapport

This is great business objective always because it is the team's responsibility that whatever they go through either a challenge, difficulty or misunderstanding they should always adhere to the goals and expectations of the department and ultimately the organisation. As a leader, before i could attend to the conflict i jave to undersrand what damage has the conflict affected the goals and expectations of the running progress, then assess what the conflict was and what caused it...
