We’re excited to share that our team has just completed the concrete pour for the Gas Absorption Heat Pad at the Viscount Villa Deep Energy Retrofit project in Kamloops. This structure supports the heat pump units mounted directly on the foundation, serving as the central connection point for all mechanical systems. The project is a groundbreaking pilot initiative for the Kelson Group Property Management, aimed at increasing energy efficiency by 60%. Upgrades include a completely new building envelope, a high-efficiency mechanical system, solar arrays, and new exterior windows and doors.
