With the many wildfires burning across Western Canada and the North, it is another difficult summer for the communities we serve with electricity and natural gas services. One of those communities is the Town of Jasper, Alberta. For decades, ATCO has been a part of Jasper as an energy supplier and community partner. #Jasper residents: Our crews are here to support your return home. Whether it’s ensuring you have power, natural gas service, or if you need a friendly face to connect with at the Re-Entry Support Centre, we’ll be there.    Since July 31, our ATCO Electric team has restored 100% of undamaged residential properties in town, bringing power back to approximately 1,800 of the 2,077 affected customers.    Since August 14, our ATCO Gas team has restored gas availability to 98% of the town and as of August 22, 75% of customer relights have been completed. You’re invited to a special live performance of the Band of the Household Cavalry, hailing from London, England. Watch the Band perform on Tuesday, September 3rd from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the ATCO Park Outdoor Amphitheatre in Calgary. 🎺 The Band is the largest symphonic wind band in the British Army and has performed at iconic events including Windsor Castle ceremonies, the King’s Birthday Parade, and Royal weddings.  Everyone is welcome to enjoy this complimentary event. #HouseholdCavalry #OutdoorConcert #YYCEvents
