Century 21 Northumberland Realty (1987) Ltd. started with 6 people and now has 35 including 8 languages. Our brand has been a leader on PEI for over 40 years. Today we are the only real estate company that produces our own real estate magazine which is distributed across PEI. Our business is spread all over Prince Edward Island with agents from Tignish to Souris including most major centers of PEI. We market internationally with a full time IT person on staff plus a person in charge of marketing and design for finding new buyers and sellers. Commercial real estate is very active on PEI and we are very proud to have listed and sold a great deal of commercial space including garages, retail, day care, convenience stores ,multi unit plus plus. Many of these properties never end up on MLS by vendor request but through our extensive marketing campaigns we have found buyers.
