How can you Bring Out the Best in Our City? By volunteering on a Board, Commission, or Committee. We are looking for volunteers to apply for many of our Boards, Commissions and Committees such as the: Animal Welfare Committee Works on the reduction and management of feral cat colonies in the city and the spay/neuter program of the No Kill Animal Association (NOKA). Also oversees the application process for the non-veterinarian funding program for animal rescue groups. Individuals who have experience with the care, handling and a love of animals would find success on this body Youth Advisory Council (YAC) Members of this council must between 14 and 24.
