Crestview Strategy is taking another important step forward! Today we’re further expanding our equity partnership with the addition of two new equity partners into the business. This expansion brings the total number of equity owners in Crestview Strategy to fourteen. The two new partners we announce today (Ashton Arsenault and Rob “Happy” Gilmour) have both demonstrated an accountability to the success of the agency consistent with ownership. In addition to these two new equity owners, the eight new Partners we announced in 2023 (Matthew John, Joseph Lavoie, Dan Moulton, Julian Ovens, GCB.D, John Ratchford, Sarina Rehal, Ginny Roth, Nicholas V.) have continued to acquire a larger share of equity in the agency and we expect they will continue to do so in the years ahead. This expansion represents another step forward in the successful execution of our multi-year growth plan in our business and in the ownership of the agency. We’re committed to maintaining our aggressive growth targets and continuing to add new Partners in the coming years. Providing equity to the best performers in the industry increases our ability to attract and retain exceptional talent and provide clients with a broad array of services. With this expansion, Crestview Strategy will be able to better serve our clients on larger, more complex mandates across new markets worldwide. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3y9Q0y9

I've been informed it's International Dog Day! Here's our pup. In March 2023, she got hit by a car, and somehow survived and is thriving to this day! A lot of my colleagues at Crestview Strategy showed our family and Daisy encouragement and PAWsitive support during a very RUFF couple weeks. Thankful to work with such great people!

Grateful to have been invited to contribute to today's roundtable on Indigenous economic reconciliation hosted by Canadian Council for Indigenous Business and Ontario Chamber of Commerce. There's never been a better time to discuss industry-Indigenous partnerships, the realities of the application of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples here in Canada, the current and future challenges of Indigenous procurement, and other points. Thanks to the CCIB and OCC teams for bringing this table together, and to the leaders who continue to drive opportunities for growth.
