Last month, Dream Office REIT had the pleasure of partnering with Heritage Toronto to host an enlightening architectural tour of 80 Richmond. David Takacs, Senior Manager, Development of Dream was joined by Philip Evans of ERA Architects and Myles Tompkins of Heritage Restoration to share their insights into the heritage conservation and renovation of 80 Richmond. On June 7th, Forma’s development team celebrated an important construction milestone with a coin toss into the building’s cement foundation. Tossing a coin is a tradition that symbolizes good luck and acknowledges our progress. It’s another step in bringing Frank Gehry’s vision to life.
