The FTA's Head Coach, Greg Roe, has developed his own 'Degree-by-Degree' method as an innovative approach to teaching twisting techniques on the trampoline. Instead of learning twists in large increments, he emphasizes breaking the process down into very small degrees—literally going one degree at a time. In this video he is introducing this method to young action sports campers at Woodward in Pennsylvania. We sped it up for you, as a fun way to show you how this works! 😂 This method allows athletes to gradually increase control and precision over their twists in all directions and on every axis. By isolating specific movements and focusing on minor adjustments, athletes can better understand the mechanics of twisting, reduce errors, and prevent injuries.
