The Great Traits high performance secrets and insights were born from real-life experience. Debbie Muir has coached numerous athletes to Olympic gold medals, has mentored many of Canada’s national team coaches, and was instrumental in designing Canada's system for evaluating and improving the performances of Olympic sport programs. Mark Tewksbury is an Olympic gold medalist, has inspired every Canadian Olympic team since 2004, and was Canada’s Chef de mission at the 2012 London Olympic Games. Debbie and Mark have distilled their Olympic success into fundamental principles that are applicable to all individuals, teams and organizations.
