Moving season in Quebec generates 10,000 elephants-worth of waste (500,000 tonnes). We can do better than letting this stuff stockpile and tossing it to the curb. Check out my op-ed, published today in the Montreal Gazette. I talk about important reuse initiatives like Trash2Treasure and Concordia's Centre for Creative Reuse, and how AI, open data, and policies can help us scale up reuse. #PublicScholar #concordiauniversity #zerowaste #movingday #sustainability #ai #opendata SAESEM - Société pour l’action, l’éducation et la sensibilisation environnementale de Montréal Concordia University Centre for Creative Reuse (CUCCR) Concordia University Office of Sustainability, Concordia University
