    Reflecting on last week's insightful 'CMO and CFO Relationship' discussion! 🌟 Here are some key highlights that stood out: 💡 Positioning marketing as a ‘value generator’ vs a ‘cost center’ is a good mentality to adopt when trying to strengthen the marketing / finance dynamic 💡 Partnering with finance when developing and building out your reporting infrastructure - who knows numbers and reporting better than finance? 💡 When negotiating a budget, presenting 3 different scenarios is a great tactic - it’s less about ‘asking for more money, it’s all about ‘ROI’.
