MindShare Learning is Canada’s leading EdTech industry consulting, news and events media company. We counsel education and industry leaders in understanding the emerging needs of learners to succeed in the 21st Century global knowledge-based digital economy.

 In 2013, to commemorate MindShare’s 10th anniversary, the organization entered its next phase of evolution to form the MindShare Learning Institute. From here emerged the organization's four pillars of services with a focus on consulting, research, publishing and professional learning focused events. He is the founding partner of Connect—Canada's K20 Learning & Technology conference. His board appointments include: Co-chairman, Canadian eLearning Enterprise Alliance; and board member of York University Institute for Research on Learning Technology. Martellacci is the co-founder of C21 Canada—Canadians for 21st Century Learning & Innovation, and is past Chair of York University Varsity Hockey Alumni Board.

 Martellacci is a lifelong learner who is committed to connecting business and education to transform learning in the 21st century and support student success. He completed a transformational learning journey as a mature student earning a master’s in educational technology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Psychology and Education, which inspired the creation of the MindShare Learning Report—Canada’s Learning and Technology eMagazine.
