The program offers MNPers the opportunity to develop new skills, gain diverse experiences, build relationships, and network with international leaders in the accounting and consulting industry. “I was given the opportunity to go on secondment to Auckland, New Zealand for two months, plus an additional month for further leisure travel. It was such a neat experience to work in a new country and learn about new industries! I made great friends including another secondee from Melbourne, Australia. We spent a lot of time exploring New Zealand together – top picks are the Bay of Islands, Waitomo Glowworm Caves, Milford Sound, and the Waitakere Ranges! Our Québec City MNP team participated in Défi entreprises, a simple, motivating, and positive training program that mobilizes teams to achieve a common goal outside of the professional world.
