Another successful MCM Summer Outing is in the books! Celebrating another year with the entire MCM team at Bowen Island, where we enjoyed a full day of sailing, lawn bowling, Jenga, badminton, and, of course, some serious barbecue action. The weather couldn’t have been better, and the late evening was filled with laughter and camaraderie. It was a day of mixed emotions as we celebrated the retirement of a cherished team member of 32 years! The partners led a special farewell song, complete with a cake and heartfelt wishes. At the same time, we’re excited to welcome new talent into the MCM family as we continue to grow. Here’s to building bonds, making memories, and looking forward to another amazing year ahead. Thanks to everyone who made this day unforgettable! Exciting Development Update! We’re thrilled to share that our rezoning proposal with PCI for a 30-storey rental tower at Arbutus and Broadway has received unanimous support from the Vancouver City Council! This milestone reflects the overwhelming community support we received, with all speakers from the public commending the delivery of much-needed housing. The MCM team had an amazing time at our first Ceramics Social at Bahoo Studio!   We were thrilled to be the largest group the studio had taught, with over 30 of our team members diving into the art of ceramics. A huge thank you to our incredible instructors, Akiab Martinez, Karen, and our very own Anna Citak-Scott for guiding us through the creative process.
