Spread the love, TOGETHER 🌈 Nature’s Path & Love Crunch are proud to support It Gets Better for a second year! It Gets Better Project is a nonprofit organization that strives to uplift, empower, and connect LGBTQ+ youth around the globe. Created in 2010 as the result of one of the most successful viral video campaigns in YouTube’s history, It Gets Better provides critical support and hope to LGBTQ+ youth around the world by leveraging the power of media to reach millions of people each year. More than 770,000 people have taken the It Gets Better pledge to share messages of hope and speak up against intolerance. Love, acceptance, and inclusion have long been cornerstones of the Love Crunch brand, and giving back is at the core of everything we do. In 2023, alongside our monetary donation, we supported IGBP’s, “50 States. 50 Grants. 5,000 Voices.” granting campaign by providing healthy, organic snacks to the grantees across the United States and Canada. There are often barriers to accessing healthy, affordable food in many of the communities they grant, and we're honored to help foster a sense of wellness and love for these young LGBTQ+ folks and their loved ones. This year, as allies, we're proud to celebrate the queer community through cash and product donations, signing the IGBP Pledge, and working closely with It Gets Better to offer learning opportunities for our team members, including programming such as “Lunch and Learns” and Ally Training. Together, we can create a world where all LGBTQ+ youth are free to live equally and know their power as individuals. 💪 Learn more about IGBP here: www.itgetsbetter.org

We are thrilled to announce that our esteemed founders, Arran Stephens and Ratana Stephens, have been awarded honorary Doctor of Science (DSc) degrees from the The University of British Columbia (UBC) this week. This recognition highlights their enduring commitment to environmental stewardship and their longstanding support of UBC’s Faculty of Land and Food Systems. Arran and Ratana’s visionary leadership was instrumental in the 2008 Save the Farm campaign, a pivotal effort that successfully led to the rezoning of the UBC Farm as green academic space. Their advocacy ensured the preservation of this vital resource for future generations, fostering sustainability and academic research. Beyond their efforts with UBC Farm, the Stephens have dedicated themselves to philanthropy and community service, contributing generously to various initiatives. Their benevolence and unwavering dedication have left an indelible mark on countless lives and communities.
