Meet Ryan Kerch, our Conferences & Events Manager! Since joining nCino in 2018, he’s called 3 of our offices his “work home” and currently resides at our global headquarters in Wilmington, NC. Ryan and his team lead all conference and event programs and strategies, from ideation to execution. Their goal is to deliver powerful, relevant, and credible messaging to audiences across the globe. The team’s largest event is the annual user conference, nSight, where global industry leaders gather to share insights and explore innovation. Here are some fun facts about Ryan: 💙 His favorite core value is Make Someone’s Day. Whether it’s improving someone’s mood, solving a problem, or simply showing kindness, these actions define a fulfilling day’s work. 🏆 He’s proud of his team’s ability to balance working hard while playing hard. They’re able to achieve and exceed their goals, and have fun doing it. 🌎 His advice to anyone looking to start their nCino journey is to just be yourself! nCino’s culture fosters equity, inclusion, and will value each individual. 🎣 Ryan is married with three children and two “fur-babies.” When he’s not working, Ryan is spending quality time with his family at the local beach or fishing. Ryan is grateful to be a part of nCino and describes his time here as a “thrilling and exciting journey filled with growth and new opportunities.”

nCino recently hosted Extra Life Game Day 2024! Our Extra Life event is one of our favorite ways to #havefun and get #nVolved with our community each year. Employees are invited to bring family and friends to our Wilmington HQ for two days of games, snacks and fundraising. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to the research and life giving care for children in need at Maynard Children's Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina. One partnership we're extremely proud to have through our employee Ashleigh Breaden is with The Bondi Surf Bathers' Life Saving Club, the oldest surf club in the world located in Australia's Bondi Beach. The busiest and most popular beach in Australia, Bondi Beach sees around 2.9 million visitors annually. 🏖️🌴 In 2021, Ashleigh encouraged nCino to get involved with her passion of keeping Australian beachgoers safe by sponsoring an inflatable rescue boat (IRB), more affectionately known as "The Duck." Ashleigh spends around 100 hours each year volunteering as a surf lifesaver on The Duck, making anywhere from 100s to 1000s of rescues for struggling swimmers and surfers on the busiest of summer days. When she's not making rescues in the summer, she and nCino's IRB are spending the winter competing in nationwide competitions to keep their skills sharp. Last year, Ashleigh and The Duck made it to the "Aussies," the racing competition finals, and won a few medals! ⚓🏅 We're proud of employees like Ashleigh who are getting involved in their communities through nCino and making a difference. ❤️

Meet Ashleigh Breaden, a Master Product Manager at nCino’s office in Sydney, Australia. After 15 years of working in the banking industry, she joined nCino with the desire to make a difference and share her knowledge. For anyone looking to join nCino, Ashleigh’s advice is to get familiar with credit and lending practices and try your hand at configuration. Being familiar with our product and understanding our customer's business needs will give you a good grounding, so she recommends asking yourself every day: “How will this improve the life of my customer?” Some fun facts about Ashleigh: ✅ She works on both our Commercial and Home Lending Products and ensures our products are meeting regional needs. 🩵 She’s very close with her team and appreciates their compassion and diversity. 🤝 She fosters close and collaborative relationships with our customers to support them and their business goals. 🏖️ When she's not at nCino, Ashleigh's either having fun with her kids or on the beach as a volunteer Surf Lifesaver in Sydney.
