The implant bar is a polished Ti bar that supports the superstructure with full palate extension. All-on-4 final appliance! Monolithic milled zirconia combined with titanium superstructure. We didn't get a chance to plan the surgical guide, but we had the challenge and the pleasure of restoring the final appliance. The case was presented with three multi-unit and one implant replicas. As you can see, all three multi-unit screw channels were coming through the facial, so we had Panthera Dental design and fabricate the titanium bar with angulated screw access channels. The site that is connecting directly to the implant was so deep I had to order an extra long driver from Preat Corporation, for the doctor to be able to engage the screw.
