I finally did it! After a a year of back and forth, I finally took the plunge. I finally took the Plum discovery survey/assessment test on talents and workstyle, which was unlike any other work assessment I've taken before. It evaluates work-related traits, competencies, and dispositions, such as the ability to solve problems, personality traits, and social intelligence, and it was challenging. As a Talent Acquisition professional, I've had hundreds of hires go through various assessments, and have explored many personality tools, looking at their potential to help set new hires up for success. The results of the assessment were about as accurate as any I've seen, and it was relatively quick. Even with a few interruptions, I completed it in about 25 minutes. Anyone else try Plum recently?
