Michael San Miguel is a Claims Industry Partner Representative at SGI. He's also been volunteering with MADD for five years. Some of the work he's done with MADD includes participating in checkstops, in collaboration with SGI and municipal police services. The goal is to share awareness about impaired driving, and make sure the roads are safe. Recently, Michael was at the launch of the Crashed Car Campaign in Saskatoon, pictured here. Volunteering with MADD is important to him because he wants to make sure our community is safe.

SGI is proud to work with communities who are finding ways to champion traffic safety. Students at Wapawikoscikan School in Pelican Narrows covered paper bags in artwork and messages encouraging safe driving behaviours, as pictured here. Messages were written in both English and Cree. The bags were then given out to customers at local stores and gas stations. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gduFh-DM #FindaSafeRide
